Zero customer service

Purchased Dome. Thermometer melted. Have called them 2x, written to them 6 more/ Still waiting for someone to correct issue. If you purchase anything from them and you have an issue you need to be prepared to write and call them over and over and over again to get someones attention. Spent $2000 and cannot use the oven.

Preferred solution: Oven thermometer repaired or replaced or replace the entire oven

User's recommendation: Do not count on their customer service people to be there to help you. It takes WEEKS for someone to get to you. Call them do not write and call and call until you get someone who can hopefully rectify the issue you are having.

DOME - questions

Hi

Purchased DOME a few months ago:

Two topics:

1. Gas Flame control, when i set flame to LOW setting *** turned to far right) the flame still bellows out of the front opening which instructions say, should NEVER happen? Is there a way to adjust the *** setting internally? or re-set?

I tried adjusting flame by closing the valve some at propane tank but shouldn't need to do that and is a pain when i need more flame (plus it screws up the fill/empty gauge on tank)

2. In your recipes there is one for Sourdough bread but it refers to using a door on the DOME, i didn't get that with the DOME, and I don't see on it on your accessories...can you help on this?

Over charged twice

Was charged once at my bank and once at affirm for a Gozney Dome and could not resolve Gozney will not return my calls, messages and emails now for 2 days and affirm refuses to cancel my loan charge as the rep said no way as well so I am looking at 3600 inplace of one 1900 charge for one Gozney that I dont even have and have no idea why No One will contact me

Faulty regulator

Warranty number: RBX113845 **** Hi, We have had our Roccbox dual fuel for just 2 weeks and the regulator for the gas connection has become faulty. When the tap is turned to the on position the pin doesnt extend enough to open up the gas. You can also hear a rattling noise if you shake the regulator so it seems like something has broken inside it. Im very disappointed that this has happened, especially when our Roccbox delivery arrived nearly 3 weeks later than promised. Please could you address this issue as soon as possible. Regards. Warenty

I purchase the pizza oven in December for a present from my wife. We used it 3 times without any issues on the 4th use the pizza stone cracked completely throat and I'm having a difficult time getting through to anyone for warranty questions and replacement. This was a very expensive piece of equipment it must be repaired or replaced please help
