I lived at this complex for years, started out fine and ended in a nightmare. If you want your money handled correctly, I'd look elsewhere.
Only after receiving MULTIPLE emails riddled with false information, mistakes and unprofessional attitudes, we still get to wait weeks to settle our deposit.
After years of being a model tenant I would expect to be treated with respect at the very least. Renters beware.
