The other day I opened my game to play and my board was gone and a brand new game was on the page.

I was in contact with customer support concerning my account of 8 years & 3 billion 700 thousand in chips. After following the given instructions sent by email, the issue was still not resolved.
I responded to that email with a screenshot showing the menu that was coming up, preventing me from following the said instructions. In response to that email, I received one that told me I responded to an issue that was closed.
It wasn't closed. Will anyone please help me get my account back?
