As stated approved but not funded means what?
It’s paper shuffling with job creation. To much ‘red tape’ with legislation that was written a longtime ago.
Not only that these days it’s always passed onto the consumer to pay! Work, tax, pay, administrative fees when questioning work, tax, pay again by then you can’t afford anything.
So you give up until someone else identifies the same issues and they become some sort of prized trophy winner. While others have copped it on the chin.
After a hearing it has been declared the course l might complete if no refund is given. Is government approved but not funded government is government isnt it?
