Delivered cold late food. Food was awful

I was told my order was coming by bicycle and it arrived by car instead. Was way late more than I was told when I ordered only 30-40 mins. The food was cold and awful. My husband was screaming at me like it was my fault!!! Not a happy customer with Uber or with Gourmet Hots. Ordered a hot dog garbage plate. They said 2 pieces of meat. They took a hot dog and split it down the middle, that's your 2 pieces of meat. All other garbage plates are always 2 whole hot dogs not one split in half. I paid extra for extra meat sauce, did not get. My steak sub was a joke, tasted more bread than meat. Little lettuce and pepper and onions.
