I reached out to Goukers Best Air earlier this year to request a quote for HVAC work on my home. I spoke to someone who represented the company, and we discussed pricing and scheduling options.
While they were initially responsive, I didnt feel confident in moving forward based on how vague some of the answers were.
As I continued my research, I became concerned when I found public court documents and a listing on recentlybooked com showing that Brandon Gouker the individual listed as the company's owner is currently serving time in the Tennessee Department of Correction for a felony aggravated assault conviction.
At no point during my interaction was this disclosed.
I also could not confirm who is currently running the company or who would be entering my home if I hired them.
Because of these concerns, I chose not to use Goukers Best Air. I recommend other homeowners do their due diligence, especially when it comes to who might be entering your house.
