Worst provider ever!!
- - Wi-Fi slows or drops about three times daily after being reset to a different tower.
- - They offered a newer router for an added monthly fee.
On a daily basis, usually three times per day my wifi either runs extremely slow or goes out completely. I've spoken several times to several different customer service representatives only to have them "reset to a different tower".
They also informed me I could purchase a newer router n pay an additional cost per month!! Why should I pay more if their equipment isn't up to date/working properly?? This company is the worst EVER! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Once I find another provider for my area these people are GONE! Almost 5 yrs with them and this is how they treat me.

Service issue

Since T-Mobile did some updates the intionce again is off and on for more than a week now. They do this every now and then to try to get you to upgrade your service to pay more money.
When you decline upgrading all of a sudden your issues stop!

- - Service stopped after a new SIM card replacement.
- - A second SIM restored service, but they refused the promised credit and only email, no call.
I had this service which worked fine until they sent a new SIM card and said it had to be replaced. When I did the service stopped working and each time I emailed they responded advising they knew of the problem and to not call.
I emailed several times and each time the response from the company was to please be patient and a refund would be issued when service was restored. They had to end up sending out another SIM card which once install the service started back working. Only now they are refusing to give proper credit like their email had stated. Stay away from this company.
They will tell you to email, and they will call you then. Have not received a call to this date.tStaback.

- - Signed up via an Ebay reseller for Gotw3.

This is about what happened when I tried to become a customer with Gotw3. We signed up with a Ebay reseller that represents Gotw3 because we live in a rural area.
After paying 215 for my router through the reseller I was told I'd have to contact Gotw3 for the service. But the reseller was happy to set me up on auto-draft and take my first month payment. This cost 125.00. That was another lie, I was told it would be 100.00.
I received my router on a Friday and hooked it up, it did not work from the start. I made several calls, what felt like 20 or more over the course of 4 days trying to get help from customer service. There's no one to help they just tell you to leave your number and an available agent will call when available during business hours, this is BS. Their "form" that they keep telling you on the line to fill out doesn't "send" when you hit send.
No one ever emails you back.
Oh but I take that back they do email you back but only when it's too late. Stay away from these guys, they don't want to provide you service they just want to take your money.

I purchased GotW3 in May 2020 for new internet service for my house The internet stopped working the first week of October 2020- with no explanation from the Company Finally they sent out a new sim card replacement at the end of October 2020I contacted customer service over 30 times in that span of time spent hours on the phone with them to no avail I was always told that I would get a refund when it was fixed I could not longer take no internet and had to get a new provider in Nov 2020Now GotW3 refuses to refund my 2 months of premium They are a dishonest company - Beware even did a BBB claim to no avial

I bought this service it worked 2 days. I called customer service to report it not working anymore and could not get through.
Used the website no response, several attempts I contacted the BBB to hopefully put some pressure on them.
Save yourself the 350.00 and the headache stay away from this company. I bet

Poor service and billing dispute
- - SIM card update in late Oct 2020 led to 2.5 months of poor service.
- - Support was unresponsive; refunds were promised but denied; I switched providers.
they had a SIM card update the end of October 2020, after that I had 2.5 months of intermittent or no service. I checked with support almost on a weekly basis to which they either didn't reply or told me that it was being worked on with no improvements on service.
They verbally stated that I would be getting refunds for the poor service to which they denied earlier today. I have moved to a new service that seems to be much more reliable

I’m on my 3 SIM card. I was placed on hold for 3 & 1/2 hours.
I finally hung up. I had already waited 45 minutes to talk to someone. Before waiting 3 1/2 hours. Had friends coming to stay at our house and he was still working and needed internet.
They had to drive to the local college and use their Wi-Fi.
Yes this company Sucks. It’s almost our only choice in our area.
