Useless customer service

I have been repeatedly emailing this company to try and buy a replacement part for my daughters scooter. I would call but the phone number refers you back to customer service *** via email.I received one response from what seems like a mentally challenged person from a random third world country. Apparently forwarding my request via email to someone in their sales/ repair department is beyond their capability. No amount of explaining to this person gets me any other response than return it to where I bought it. WTF??? What part of buy a part cant they understand? Its unbelievable. I ripped them on multiple surveys, was forwarded to a support team mailbox where Ive also been repeatedly ignored.

User's recommendation: If you ever need customer support from Gotrax, your better off throwing the item away and purchasing from a different company.
