Resolved: My ebike won't start
- - One battery prong was misaligned on the plastic separators, but adjusting the plastic allowed contact and I will charge with the battery installed.
One of the battery connections was damaged. I was able to to get it to connect and lock it into place.
I won't be able to remove the battery or fold the bike, but that's not a problem for me. I can charge it with the battery in place.Otherwise, it's a ton of fun to cruise around the lake.
Be very careful when unfolding the bike. Be sure the battery connectors are lined up properly as you close it up.
I finally discovered that the battery wasn't making connection because one of the prongs went on the wrong side of the plastic separators. I was able to move the plastic and make contact I won't remove the battery again, and just charge with the battery installed. Otherwise, very happy so far!

They finally acknowledged they recieved the product back, but I have had no further communication from them that they are refunding me or have refunded me or when they will be. Completely ignoring me tbh. Not happy
No contact number whatsoever! I wanted to cancel my order before it shipped and reached out numerous times and no one emailed back and now it's shipped and there's no number to call since the one that I had to get from Google doesn't work. Completely unimpressed.
