I never applied for a multiple go to perfume packages to come to my home. I only ordered one bottle.
I now have eight packages with four bottles of coda perfume in each package. I want to return all of these go to perfumes and get a refund as you have been charging my banking account for these items I did not order.

I have received multiple packages of this perfume that I did not order. I have reported you to the Better Business Bureau and I will go up the ladder to report you to another business people. If this isnt resolved immediately I am tired of sending these messages and I want a full refund.

My brother in law riding gojek 30 Sept 2023 and having accident which cause him to be in hospital (shoulder blade bone fracture).
For insurance we need to have police report. We have to report to the police, and the police require the driver to present.
In which I call the driver to come to the police station. But the driver refuse (says he does not have any money), and request me to pay the transport for him. I then pay for his ride Rp 103.000.

Goto should automatically (without requested by customer) to report to police on any accident. And give the report to customer for further use.
I am not 100% blame the driver, but Goto should take care about their driver, including assistance during reporting to the police.
