Great product. Terrible service.

- I bought a $199 20-piece set; two pieces arrived damaged and the seller ghosted.
The cookware is amazing. Some of the best I have ever had.
But DO NOT order from this website. I ordered the 20 pc set for $199.00 and when it arrived 2 pieces were damaged (the 5 qt pot and the cookie sheet). I immediately emailed them (no telephone number) with the problem. First they wanted all kinds of pics of the "damage".
Then, when I sent them everything they wanted, they just ghosted me. Never returned my emails. With no number to call, there is NO recourse. What's worse is my credit card didn't back me on the dispute either.
I strongly recommend buying from Amazon, which is the same price and they actually BACK their products there. Beware!

They stick and are unheated. I would not recommend these to anyone.
Tv is totally over rated. I always liked T-fall which is 99.9 % better then Gotham steel

Terrible customer service
- Mistakenly ordered an extra pan from Gothem Steel Family.
- Money charged immediately; no pan or delivery.
- Refund denied; repeated COVID blame.
I mistakenly ordered an additional gothem stell pan from gothem steel family. I placed my order October 23rd.
The money for the pan was taken immediately out of my bank account. Now almost 3 months later i do not have the pan, i can not get a refund and i cant get an answer on when to expect delivery. I have reached out numerous times to get the same canned response. Of course blaming it on covid.
So fine if you supply the item why won't you refund my money. This is the worst customer service ever.dont buy from gothem steel family
