They stick and are unheated. I would not recommend these to anyone. Tv is totally over rated. I always liked T-fall which is 99.9 % better then Gotham steel

Terrible customer service
I mistakenly ordered an additional gothem stell pan from gothem steel family. I placed my order October 23rd. The money for the pan was taken immediately out of my bank account. Now almost 3 months later i do not have the pan, i can not get a refund and i cant get an answer on when to expect delivery. I have reached out numerous times to get the same canned response. Of course blaming it on covid. So fine if you supply the item why won't you refund my money. This is the worst customer service ever.dont buy from gothem steel family
