My money
I never rode it n I want my money back I don't know who to contact to get this taken care of but i really would love to find out

Wouldn't let me rent second bike
Never heard from the company
Tried to rent two bikes and couldn't get the second one. It took an hour, to no avail, and was charged $33 when I was only able to ride for an hour while my son had to jog beside me.
The site kept indicating insufficient deposit.
The customer service rep was no help and advised me to restart my phone and call my bank. Irritating, inefficient and costly.
