Wouldn't let me rent second bike

Original review updated by user Jul 05, 2021Tried to rent two bikes and couldn't get the second one. It took an hour, to no avail, and was charged $33 when I was only able to ride for an hour while my son had to jog beside me. The site kept indicating insufficient deposit. The customer service rep was no help and advised me to restart my phone and call my bank. Irritating, inefficient and costly.
User's recommendation: No, I will not use this service anymore.
