  • Advertises affordable prices for new/rebuilt transmissions.
  • Many BBB/AG complaints; some 'new' units were junkyard, with leaks and hard shifting.

The owner of the Business, Jeff Madison, advertises new/rebuilt transmissions at affordable prices. Got All Auto Parts is a Junkyard, look them up on the Michigan Secretary of State Website.

They used and run under several Business names because mainly of all the complaints they have.

They have 145-complaints with BBB and a grade of F.

They have more than 146-complaints with the Michigan Attorney Generals Office. Many more complaints on scam reports. And if you search Google you will find more complaints. But to hear them tell it, they sell over 5000 transmissions per year, so 145-complaints aren't bad.

My option, any complaint is bad.

But when you read and see the complaints, they're pretty much the same. For example, one person explained they purchased a transmission, and it didn't have reverse, this person had to pay someone to remove and replace 3-times.

Many complaints consisted of the same issue we had, purchased what was advertised as a new/rebuilt transmission, but as many others complained it was from the junkyard, washed and cleaned and painted to look new.

Nothing but issues, Valve Body pan leaky fluid within days, the pan was painted black with rust coming through.

Hard shifting, limp mode, and many other problems. Tried for the past 2-years to reach out about the so-called 2-year warranty, calls, etc ignored like all other complaints. No response received about a refund.

One consumer received a refund 4 1/2 years later.

I printed off complaints from formers employees warning people to not buy or work for this Business, one former employee said the owner will pay you by bad check, and you cannot collect. Complaint after complaint.

I could spend hours adding additional pictures and evidence. But I don't want to provide all complaints and evidence, because that would be considered free discovery.

I am also looking for other consumers who have similar or same issues with this Business for a Class Action Lawsuit.

Consumers who purchased any products from this Business and were ripped off can also file an IC3 complaint form with the FBI if the transaction was placed from the advertised business online and performed either online or over the phone. Also misrepresentation, and if a product was shipped using intrastate commerce across state lines.
