Having major issues ordering wound support capsules
- - Trouble ordering Wound Support Capsules; bank security code caused confusion.
- - No response from support after attempts; 8 days and no product.
I have had so many issues trying to order wound support capsules from your website. I have no idea what is going on.
You sent me an email saying I needed a code from my bank for security purposes, so I went on my banking website and looked for the code, and it said pending with no code. On the directions you sent, it said if there was no code to call my bank. I called my bank, and the transaction was no longer pending; it was totally gone. This has been an 8-day process.
In the meantime, I haven't had my vitamin in 9 days. I tried getting a hold of you in so many different ways, and I have received nothing—no call back or email. Something went wrong on someone's part.
