Did not delivered product (Product got paid)
I Bought Violin strings from "GOSTRINGS.COM" and they never delivered the product. I live in Brazil, so I tryied to reach them by phone and e-mail several times and then after 10 months they asked me the "purchase number" and after I send in order to refound my money they never replyied back.
This month it complete 1 year of waiting and I am more than desapointed, I want them to be ashemed for theyr service, this is unacceptable!!!!!!!
Hope that they could read this and contact me to refound me...
NOT A RELIABLE COMPANHY!!!!!
