After more than 20 calls to both Mitsubishi , corporate and the Memphis dealership, Gossett Mitsubishi, neither has stepped forward to service. My outlander that is still under warranty.

It seems like theyre waiting for the warranty to expire and they just dont care the service manager Troy at Gosset has lied several times about taking care of the problem, but he never does. It has not made any effort to correct the issues I have cited Mitsubishi corporate assigned a case manager who has done nothing but make excuses I have paid nearly $40,000 for this vehicle and cannot get service.

Mitsubishi does not stand by its name. My recourse is to hire an attorney, and to pursue this in any manner necessary .
