Drive finnancle rip off insurance claims and want send your titles
i brought a car three years ago and had to have a cosinger well my cosigner died and i had to file bankruptcy. back in april of this year i received a letter from drive saying that my loan was paid in full. i have been trying to get my title to my car now all of a sudden they are acting like they don't know what they mailed me. i have the papers from drive to show that the car is paid in full that they mailed to me in april of 2009.these people prey on insurance claims and then take the money and say they didn't get it. but i'm not worried i have GOD TO FIGHT MY BATTLES FOR ME AND I WILL GET MY TITLE. OR I WILL JUST SUE THE COMPANY FOR FRUAD.

you need to sue drive financle and santander because they are wrong and they know that they filed under a new name recently if you have paper work you have a good law suite.
