Wrong size pack ordered

I ordered a pack a while back, and I have just gotten back into town to open my package. I would need a medium size instead of a small.
I have not used the pack at all.

Difficulty in contacting them. Talking to a live associate would have expedited my order exponentionally

We finally figured out how to place an order by going through the Google icon and using my regular credit card (visa). However, when the order was announced as received, one piece of the order was omitted (missing) for some reason.
The piece in question is an umbrella clamp.
We need that piece. I will try to order it again.
