Fraudulent renewal

Site was okay, app to check leads was awful, leads were almosr all marketers, they auto renewed when they weren't supposed to. I had canceled in Fall 2023, they charged my card renewal in March 2024.

I had let my domains expire the summer before, and it took them 2 months to realize something may not be working on the site. That was the first time I told them I wanted to cancel, I knew they wouldn't give me a prorated refund, but the renewal shouldn't have been a possibility.
