Resolved: Cannot supply vehicle but will not cancel pending money in PayPal
I booked a car twice but an error came up at the checkout and was told to rebook. The third time I went to book there was no car.
In didnt cancel, they did because they didnt have a vehicle available. Then I discovered that twice money had been taken out and was pending in PayPal. In phoned GoSee and was told they would authorise a refund. Then someone actually phoned me back ( from the Philippines ), and said it was up to the bank on how long the refund would take.
This is not true.
I have had contact with PayPal who state that the company needs to cancel the order, otherwise I have to wait 30 days for PayPal to automatically refund it. Thats 30 days I dont have my money.
PayPal also contacted GoSee and asked them to cancel the order, but they have not responded.
Preferred solution: Full refund

They took nearly 309 for insurance that didn't even cover the car I hired .the hire company wanted another 1000 and I couldn't afford it forcing me to cancel my holiday and upset my 3 kids and grandkids
