I made two orders of Ephdrine HCL
I spent at least 30$ that I never received. I sent them multiple emails and I am under the impression they are scammers.
What sucks is that all the reviews showed that they are legit but undoubtedly they are garbage. Honestly strongly recommend you don't buy off them or you'll lose money. You can even test it out by placing a small order less than 10$ you won't get the product. It's evident that they are scamming and the website is a hoax.
I emailed them so many times asking for a refund and they did not respond. I am glad to know that I cannot trust this website anymore.

Website assured no problems sending to indiana after i put in card info then told probably be a long ship time as the fact customs was holding their shipments pissed off they got all my info ahead of time

Order placed, order received, order never delivered
Ordered products from Gorilla Jack. I created a login on their website and checked to track the order.
It was received, but never delivered. It still hasn't been. I have emailed the company to see what the problem is, but no one there seems to see the need to respond. Not good customer service at all.
It may well be that the product cannot be delivered to the U.S., but if that is the case, maybe the company should 1.) explain that in a quick email response (i.e., common courtesy), and 2.) not on the website whether something can be delivered internationally. I would recommend against dealing with this bunch.

Definitely not worth your time
I made an order and never received it and there we're no responses to my questions to to where the order was. I sent lots of emails and never heard back from anyone.
apparently they're too busy or I'm not important enough. Whatever. I won't make the same mistake twice, and I hope this review helps others not fall into the same frustrating trap as well. Vitasave.ca is a much better company - I ordered the same stuff, and got it about a week and a half later.
Apparently the restrictions for Gorilla Jack only apply to them and not other better companies north of the border. :)

Gorilla Jack - no product, no refund, hung up on
I bought from them over a year ago... I never received my product.
So I called and they said they delivered but no one signed for the package so they returned it. I asked for re-delivery and they said I would have to pay for it again. I told them I did not want to pay for delivery again and asked them for my money back, they hung up on me.
I have called and emailed many times since and gotten NO help, NO product, and NO money returned. I would never use Gorilla Jack again and would not recommend them.

Yes, I saw that warning. I also continue to see my order's status on your website as "received." Apparently, no attempt has even been made to ship it, and I have never received any email telling me the item was restricted, could not be shipped, etc.
Nor have I received any responses to the FOUR emails I have send directly to you people. So, in short, your customer service sucks.

Excuses are al this company has. Communication skills are as foreign as their ignored orders.
Any items that have shipping restrictions have notices posted in the warning section on the individual product pages. During the checkout process there is a notice posted indicating if the item has any international shipping restrictions.
There is an additional email notice sent with the order received email if the item is restricted. No funds are collected if the order cannot be processed due to shipping restrictions.
