Product not received and no response from company.

Ordered a phone case over a month ago and never received any shipping info or the product. I've sent two emails and called the company with absolutely zero response!

User's recommendation: Do not use this company.

Unreliable customer service

Ordered a phone case back in April, never received the phone case after 6 months, contacted them via email 3 times about getting a refund, they only respond for me to state my issue on why I want a refund and then never follow through, Either they say they will get on it and don't follow up, or they just don't respond to the email whatsoever.

User's recommendation: Do not order from this company at all.

Long wait time for delivery

I have waited 3 months since purchase for a phone case. Have received email addressing my concerns, now I wait to see if they bare the fruit....

User's recommendation: Go off the shelf, don't bother with online only sellers/retailers.

Order not received!

Called multiple times spoke to a person that did not identify the company at all but did say that they were not around a computer and they would call me back in 1 hour and advised I could send a email I sent email and got a response that they were checking for me now and still haven't gotten any info but I am waiting

Gorilla Cases - I have not received either my case or my refund!
Sent texts to a Manager: Todd Phone 330224**** obtained by a Jeff Coleman spoken to through pissedconsumer.com. Nothing came! Initial Email received from: receipts+acct_184Mg2DQW2DZdUS6@***.com who collected my money through Gorillacasestore.com. Perhaps this @***.com collection agent is at fault also?!

Gorilla Cases - Order not received!
I have received a phone number 330-224-**** from a Jeff Coleman who I had spoke to through this site leading to, as I understand it, a Manager named Todd. I still have not gotten my product yet. The last thing he had text me was "Any Word yet on the Item?" messaged to him at that number on March 24, 2021. Nothing has come yet! And I have not heard back from him since? Thank you!

I haven't received my order yet!

I have put in an order for a Gorilla Case on Jan. 18,2021 before for my order, bought and paid fore, Samsung S21 Ultra phone even came. With many emails and many phone calls only leaving messages because there isn't a Customer Service, let alone someone that I could talk to about this, I still haven't received and answer about my order let alone so-called 'tracking information' by Email?! This is irritating because I haven't even got a 'when' I am going to receive here being Mar. 18, 2021!

Whoever is behind gorillacasestore.com is completely off their rocker. Threatening me with guns ...

trying to report me to my employer (I’m the boss ) because I reported them on here. Been asking for the case for 4 months and all they come up with is one excuse after another.

It’s not unreasonable to ask for a refund. Unless of course you’re dealing with a fake shop and a con man....

UPDATE: getting interesting now... contacted them to tell them I was reporting them.

This was their reply: “No wonder they don’t have guns in England wow You should contact a local health professional and do an evaluation“Think they’re getting flustered... still waiting for my refund though.

UPDATE: they told me they’d sent a new case out, though no reply when I asked for a tracking number or delivery date. It’s now nearly 4 months after my original order and I still haven’t received anything from them at all. I get the impression the company’s a one-man-band run out of China and they just take your money without sending anything at all.

Ordered a phone case from this company on 3rd November 2019. Nearly three months later I still havent received it. Contacted the company by email numerous times, asking them to either refund my money or make sure I receive it. Occasionally get a lame reply back such as Ill find out, which is never followed up on. Complete and utter scam, took nearly $50 from my account for the non-existent phone case.
