Extreme Poor Visit - Hell's Kitchen Southern California : Harrah's

I had an awful visit to the new location in Harrah's on Dec 27th. What a trainwreck! This included allergic reaction to a couple holding a dog nearby (which appeared not to be a service dog thereby being against 2014 CA Law), a tough $85 wagyu steak, awful mac & cheese (at $15), dreadful service (whereby I nearly walked which probably I should have). I have reached out to both UK and US support sites and no response. Not great. Anyone care to respond?

We dine at Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse in Baltimore md at horseshoe casino on Thanksgiving day steaks where over cooked shrimp was over cooked and food came out cold ,the best thing was the dessert sticky toffee pudding. And Appetizers. We dined at the steakhouse in Las Vegas it was the best food that I have ever had and I was thinking that this would be the same experience totally different

Really fast response and resolution

We had a gift voucher for a meal experience which we had not yet used so asked if we could extend to account for our availability and it was processed within the hour. Really happy with that as we love visiting a GR restaurant and we're very much looking forward to coming back :D
