We went to Bar and Grill in Mayfair on May 8th 2024. We had redeemed a gift voucher for £50.00 and also had paid another £9.00 when booked for restaurant.

we were offered spring set menu which was £24.50 per head.

we also had a bottle of still water

However we were charged £59.00 for the meal instead of £49.00

Unfortunately I did not pay much attention when I paid the bill Which was £16.61 for the water and service charge { I had a guest with me and did not want to cause embarrassment}

I believe as a matter of principle I should be refunded The £10.00 extra which was over charged.

On 1/1/24 I came across an ad that stated "due to a packaging error, there is a need to sell the Hexclad brand of cookware at only the rate for shipping". So I clicked on the deal and a message appeared on the screen congratulating me and advising that I was a "winner" and that I qualify to receive the Hexclad cookware set as long as I cover the cost of shipping which according to the site was $7.95 US.

I applied my credit card and was given a confirmation code and a message advising that the item would be shipped to me immediately. After several attempts to reach customer service, I was able to get through to Dabit or Davet today. He told me that the $7.95US I paid was to enroll me into raffle to see if I qualify for a tool set, another item, and the cookware set. I advised him, that is not what the message said.

I don't need a tool set. I need cookware and that's what I paid for. He then said that my entrance into the raffle is denied because your company tried to charge my card again for an additional $169.00US. I never signed up for any additions charges.

I then asked if I was scammed, cause at this point he's now telling me I can't get my $7.95US back. He says it's n not a scam but all he can do is delete my account so that my card isn't charged any further.

I feel this is unfair. I was never told anything about entering a raffle, I have the messages saying the item will be shipped. I know you probably don't care about the lowly people who have nothing since you've made it a business to steal.

But I would really like for someone to make good on this either by returning money or sending the product promised.

I attached images to the email sent to gadgetgiveaways.co.com but it came back undeliverable. So I'm exhausting my options.

My wife and I had dinner at the new restaurant in Coquitlam B.C. on December 18, for our 55th anniversary.

We arrived between 6:30 and 7:00, but with no reservation. We were told we could have dinner in the bar area, which we were going to do later, but as we were walking away, the manager (Sasha) chased us down to let us know that a cancellation had come in, and she'd love to seat us. That was very nice. Also, our server ( Erin, I believe) was very nice.

Now for the meal itself.

To start, we ordered a Caesar salad. The server came back a couple of minutes later, to inform us that they were out of romaine lettuce. We then ordered a green salad. Again, the server came back to say they were out of lettuce.

We ended up ordering the hummus and veggie plate as an appetizer, which didn't arrive until we received our order, which was the backyard burger, which we shared. The burger was o.k. at best, and the fries were good. We also noticed while we were waiting for our meal, that a group that came in after us, received their meals before us.

A nice touch, which I have to mention, was the complimentary milkshake that we received because of our anniversary. It was very tasty.

From what I understand, Mr. Ramsey will probably tell me to F Off, but I'll let my thoughts be known regardless.
This man of such integrity expecting the same from others sure drops the ball when it comes to the food he puts out in grocery stores.
In a pinch, and I mean a pinch, I bought his Slow Roasted Beef from the frozen isle.

I came home very excited to have a quick meal and wallah, out of the microwave came the aroma of deliciousness only to be beyond disappointed in the taste and texture. I could barely eat half the meat because it was literally chucks of fat and the potatoes tasted watery inside.

YUCK!
I suggest in the future he actually do quality control on his product. He should be embarrassed as I am sure this product is on shelves in freezer all over the Country.
We (everyone I know and who they know and so on) will never eat his food again, nor go to one of his restaurants as his lack of depth to understand his food sucks is moot to him.
