Garbage product, Garbage support
- - The assigned customer support was unhelpful and unprofessional.
- - Requests for minor features were met with hostility; calls sometimes ended abruptly.
We are forced to use this product as a part of a Government contract. Our assigned Customer Support person is absolutely horrible.
His name is Neil Tuck and I get the *** vibe from him. When you ask for a minor and easily implementable feature in their garbage software he gets irate and hangs up on you.
Preferred solution: I would like to be able to use someone else's product.
