This is such a great company to buy from! The customer service is wonderful.
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription, and even though it was my mistake, they immediately took care of it for me. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. They have a very generous policy and great products.
On top of that, their products are amazing!
I absolutely love the Neck Cream, and the Dramatically Dewy Serum has done wonders for my skin. Highly recommend both the products and the company!

I have not got a response on my cancellation this is the hardest thing to do. When all I want to do is get a Cancellation on this subscription that I w no idea how I was signed up for I just wanted to try the neck cream and here I am getting charged on my account almost monthly.
Please make it stop. Or I will call the Better Business Bureau this is ridiculous.
I need to talk to a person about this. Please

Charges on credit card did not authorize
It was deducted out of my account for October a cream that i did not get and I did not enter into a subscriptioon.
I can not return what I did not recieve and would like full refund for Oct and Nov.
