Like other reviewers, I can't complain heartily enough about this little piece of overpriced junk. It is NOT easy to understand the instructions. It is NOT easy to use. I bought a GoPro Sessions 5 directly from the GoPro Site. This product was promoted as ready to go right out of the box. really amazing that a customer supervisior would flat out lie to a customer. told me on wednesday 10/12/2016 that my replacement unit was being packaged and ready for overnight delivery. I have had a terrible time with my order of a GoPro Omni. These retail at over £4000 (UK based). I Pre Ordered for a 17 August Shipping, there was a clearly a delay, but was notified on 15 August that shipping will be by 6 September. By 23 September, no tracking number,so I call GoPro who can not tell me anything except they can see my order. No update on what is happening. Piece of junk. Dont waste your money. Never worked from new. Gopro wont stand behind their product. Freezes, wont upload freezes before its finished. Finally just stopped powering up. Dont waste your money.
