Really bad customer service
Well I finally got a hold of go Powersports. I talk to gentleman by the name of Jesus.
He said he handled everything well my order came today wrong seat. Only one tire I called back spoke to another gentleman. He said hed send out some tires but theyre not gonna be the same ones I ordered it gonna be a cheaper one but I paid for more expensive tires. He said they were out of stock OK but didnt give me a date when that did have their stock in so I went ahead and ordered tires from Amazon because I have been waiting two weeks.
Were actually almost a month now. And Im getting tired of dealing with go Powersports they dont answer the phone dont call you back. Things are sent out but it takes a long time to get them in. Its wrong you know all I want is an honest answer.
Hey, the parts arent in.
hey we can get back to you soon as we get a nobodys called me no one told me anything I think they need to hire somebody in the shipping and receiving that can actually send out parts right so I wont be using them no longer once I receive my parts, Im done with him, and I will not refer them to anybody else. They used to be my go to refer go Powersports to everybody, but no longer.

I am from Metro Detroit Michigan and I build custom mini bikes and go karts I've been doing it for over 30 years very well known in the Detroit area the hobby is really big out here and I build hundreds of bikes each year from full custom to restorations to anything you can think of I do it for a living out of my shop and my garage I am fully equipped already and I'm interested in maybe making some possible videos and doing some really cool builds I have lots of pictures from all the different bikes I've built over the years if you guys are interested in seeing any of them please respond back and let me know if you're interested I'm a huge mini bike enthusiasts and I've been riding them since I was 8 years old and I am currently 41 I think I could be a huge help for you guys as far as selling a lot of your products here in the Detroit Michigan area as well as all over the United States I know a lot of people I look forward to hearing from you guys thank you and have a great day Doug Borkowski D.B.Customz
