Ordered 2 items on the 8th of December thinking it would be PLENTY of time to be delivered prior to Christmas. By the 14th of December and having had no email communication I was starting to get worried so sent them an email to which I had nothing but an automated response, I couldnt find a contact number for them anywhere so sent another email, to which I received an automated email saying I would be refunded but with no reasoning as to why!

APALLING customer service especially in the festive session when buying gifts for others! Genuinely so disappointing as I love their items just awful awful customer service and communication!

Its so hard to get an exchange, Inhale had an heart attack and been speaking to someone via email asking for help but nothing. Ive tried calling, I get voicemail
