i discovered i can't download the Google Book App AFTER i bought the book

i can't read the Google Book i bought because i can't download the Google Book App because my iphone doesn't have a high enough level. I want to read the book but can't on Windows because the entire page isn't viewable Help! Is my only option a refund? Again, using the Google Book App is NOT POSSIBLE on my version of iphone. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon, Patricia
