Goofbid Account Review from Sheffield, Sheffield

My goofbid account after years of happy sniping has stopped confirming snipes. My complaint relates to trying to Contact the company. After going to the contact page and clicking ' contact us ' and getting no response , as suggested on the page I then tried twitter and Facebook. I had to open accounts for both of these drivel supplying sites ! then clicked on their link to twitter, no response, same with Facebook. Why can't they put a post on the site if there is an issue
