My goofbid account after years of happy sniping has stopped confirming snipes. My complaint relates to trying to Contact the company.
After going to the contact page and clicking ' contact us ' and getting no response , as suggested on the page I then tried twitter and Facebook. I had to open accounts for both of these drivel supplying sites !
then clicked on their link to twitter, no response, same with Facebook.
Why can't they put a post on the site if there is an issue
