AI Highlights
  • - Matched with an inexperienced therapist.
  • - The second therapist was rude; the first contacted me on her personal number and claimed 24/7 access.

They refuse to talk to me. Therapist claimed they were justified in their actions despite me telling them I felt shamed and uncomfortable how they talked to me and basically told me I was the problem.

Original review Jun 17, 2024
I contacted them seeking help. They matched me with a therapist who had no experience in the field concerning my issue.

The therapist contacted another in their organization and that therapist was extremely rude and unprofessional. They cursed throughout the entire session. They shamed me for my issue, implying that I was going to end up in prison, even though I am not doing anything illegal at all. Meanwhile, the first therapist began messaging me on her personal number.

She was the one who initiated the conversation each time. Then she contacted me through the app and stated she couldn't be available 24/7 and wanted to chat only during the session.

This contradicted her initial claim of providing 24/7 therapy where I could message anytime, promising she would try to respond at her earliest convenience. When I informed her about the other therapist shaming me, she did a complete 180 and started shaming me as well, agreeing with the other therapist.
