Update my payment card.

I was concerned because when I went to update the payment card, I found that my account was cancelled. I called immediately and got fantastic service and immediate help! I love using the Gold c card!

Good service

I accidentally ordered this when looking up a drug.. I have Part D but sometimes the deductions can be high.

I then check to see if drug is cheaper just purchase it. I was very happy that the person got me out of subscription and a refund.

This is a good company to deal with. If anyone needs help with their meds I will certainly recommend “Good RX.

Ive been trying for about 25 minutes to cancel the Gold Subscription. Im going in circles.

I am unable to tell whether or not Ive succeeded. I cancelled by phone a month ago but it still is not clear.

Can someone verify by email that Ive cancelled? This is very annoying.

IRe: Refund Issue on account I could not access with no working email

I contacted a Good rx representative regarding my account as it was continuing on at 20-00 per month. I had desired to cancel the membership and though making attempts to locate help I was still charged for those months.

The representative investigated along with my on my issue and agreed to stop my membership and reund 3 months. I see only two months refunded at this point. She was kind and attentive on the line, helpful. I am just discouraged in that waiting and paying for this in frustration for several months.

I am seeing only two credits for action the 3 month refund offer was not completed. I have paid for this for years though I had only needed it until my health insurance was back in place…Thank you in advance for your assistance Janburton1113@***.com 910-583-**** Respectfully Janica Burton
