Refund
A family emergency occurred. I had to leave the theater with my wife and go home and deal with the injured person.
Same day, I requested a refund, which I've never done before, and no one ever got back to me, and today is 14 July. It's been 12 days. I just left a detailed voice message, and now I'm leaving this message. My phone number is 765-426-****.
My email address is mikeburnau@***.com. I am a rewards member, and I would like my refund for two tickets that I paid for to see Jurassic Park on July 2.

Ive been trying to get in contact with this companys for the past three months and nobody has returned my messages. We used to have a theater in Gibsonton Florida and because of COVID they sold the Theater to AMC and I have two gift cards but AMC theatres does not take them.
I have try to get a refund through Goodrich theater but no luck.
I dont know where to call to get my refund. It seems like the company doesnt really care of giving the customers their money back.
