Took advantage of my age and lied
When I was approached about buying solar panels and having a loan I was told if you sell your house the panels and loan will move to your new house. Well I just found out that was a scam.
I sold my house and the owners dont want the solar panels on the house.
They scam you real bad especially when told verbally if you move we move with you. What a scam and way to take advantage of seniors

I need a copy of the contract
I need to know the specifics of the solar panels contract under New Mexico Solar so I can restart repaying. Also it included reroofing the house and it now leaks where the panels supports go on the roof.o not install solar panels if you are told you also need a new roof.

Requested a copy of contract on January 9
Poor customer service and communication with clients.
What more can be said this is ver poor customer service and when contacting the company by telephone there seems to be a language problem. He is very hard to understand and does not listen to the caller. I feel I should not of had to repeat myself several times in order for him to understand my email address or my issue asking for a and time for my contract copy.

Resolved: Did not receive a copy of loan agreement
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. A copy of my contract was sent to me as requested.
I requested a copy of my loan contract for the second time on January 9, 2024 and as now January 16, 2024 I have not received it.
They requested my email address and verified it when I spoke to them on January 9, 2024.
Whats my next step to have this problem solved?

Trying to establish if they ever received the accrued interest money that A1 Garage was supposed to pay them . Apparently they had not done it. I called A1 Garage again to tell them to take care of it but I had to leave a phone message and haven't heard back from them
