I need help reading the the leave in thermometer. It says 120 to 200 but it was preset to 150 and while cooking it kept going left.
At 180 the roast beef was rare. If this thermometer was calibrated properly it would have been burnt at 180.
All of your leave in thermometers start same. I need to know if Im doing something wrong before returning it

Consistency of low quality products
- - With 20 years in grocery, they say Good Cook deteriorates quickly.
- - They refuse to buy Good Cook and warn others, citing dollar-store quality.
As a customer, and 20 over 20 years of grocery store employee from a clerk to manager. I have seen how good cook brand is being displayed and sold to customers, and Im one of them.
The result of using these products from pans, pots, and many utensils. I have come to realize that good cook brands are not made to last and honestly, I feel cheated. Due to how quick the product quality deteriorates like the non stick pans, utensils and can opener that is barely used, just stop working. I am sure, these products are being tested, so me writing this review may not push you to be better, but to inform you that yes the product quality and performance are expected and going in the direction you wanted.
To not last and so consumers will be going back to buy your products again. How you make sure these happens? Is what I said before, as I worked for grocery for over 20 years and seen the ad paper, the sale signs and tags, the display to promote good cook products. So as I step back and of all the products I have bought to try and uniform my kitchen utensils, pans etc.
I realized that it is an uphill battle as I have had a hard time keeping up because I have to replace them every 6 months to a year, some less. I find this really hard to believe that you have very low standards as an American company. I refuse to buy good cook brand and highly suggest people not to buy good cook brand.
You might as well just go to the dollar store to buy kitchen stuff. The quality is about the same and you wont feel bad getting rid and replacing it because it was only a dollar.

- Quality is really bad and really cheap
Preferred solution: Honesty from the company and let consumers know the quality of the product is. I refuse to believe that the company do not know their products simply do not last in the kitchen.

False advertisment of their product on their amazon store.
Ordered what they said was a quantity of 4 mugs with lids and they ship only one. Can't send them a message from there website. Do not recommend doing business with this company.
