I received a bill for $16 for policy number 881-**** and I definitely could provide proof from prior to the cancellation date. I can call my insurance company for the declaration page.

I was wrongfully charged
I never used this I have my own plan with another company I do not know why someone charged me from my card $36 and I want a refund cause I never gave no one permission to take money out of my card

Approximately a month ago received a text says account balance due. I called as we had excess funds on account and were advised there was a clitch in the system, yes we had funds and to ignore text.
Today received threatening email, account to be closed at midnight as they no longer serviced our area code 807, which is Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
I called told get new provide immediately or would lose phone number and our credits would be transferred to new provider.
Approx $150 credit for our 2 phone lines.
New provider in place but no refund, it is forfeited.
What gives them the right to keep our money as they are the ones that cancelled our account
