I need my policy number !!

I dont have access to my policy number, there for I cant make an account to see my information. You all need to reach me as soon as possible because you all took my money quick but you cant answer the damn phone!

Phone number that is in your website doesnt work you guys need to update your website and fix this as soon as possible I been trying to look up the number for 40 mins and no luck

No answer on phone no call back

had accident and needed to call, stayed on hold for 3 hrs. and still no answer, not sure how anyone could stay in business at this rate. they suck

UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Any time I have tried to call to even ask a question regarding clarification on the policy, I have held on the phone for an hour or more. It is a tremendous waste of time trying to get through to the customer service department. Then you attempt to send an email, about the issue, and you receive a response back stating the email is not always monitored and there is no estimated time for someone to respond. It's horrible, and to have attempted to get through multiple times without any success is frustrating. Will never utilize them again for insurance.

Fraudlent transaction with Good2Go Insurance

I went online Saturday, May 16, 2020 for car insurance and after inputting all requested information they gave me a down payment deposit amount and I agreed to the $462, though it was high. After checking my bank account statement $591, over $100+ came out of my account without my approval. I have been calling ALL the numbers on the Good2go website, over 6 number, left messages for a call back, I submitted the contact request form twice and still NO ANSWER, NO CALL BACK, NOTHING. I am requesting my Good2go Policy #862**** be CANCELLED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. I Cannot trust a company that does this, nor can I get in /touch with.
