Was placing my order through the drive thru and had to keep repeating myself which wasnt an issue because I know its windy and it can be hard to hear sometimes as I was finish up my ordering the person taking my order seemed very irritated that I wasnt done with my order as I pull up to pay for mine and my husbands food the cashier at the window looks me up and down and then turns and shakes his head to his co worker inside and then being just very rude during the rest of the transaction

Specific to my dietary needs, only wanted a deluxe cheeseburger with only onions and mayo and it was delivered. Unfortunately I received a burger with the works,all of which I cannot eat! Ruined my dinner

Fraud

Placed an order via DoorDash. BRANDON DoorDash driver left my order outside Good Times took a picture drove to a Costco parking lot and ate it. Then i went to the drive thru and was denied placing another order by Chelsea and Sara. Finally after trying one more time, items were left off my order and others were made incorrectly. Calling asking for information and call is not answered or disconnected.

Quality of food

Hello, I recently visited good times in Littleton Colorado and had two really bad experience back to back. The first visit the drive through employee forgot half of my order. when I came back for the missing items (20 mins later) instead remaking the food they gave me the cold food that had been sitting there. By the time I got back home it was pretty much not edible as my family doesnt like cold fast food. We went back to try it a 2nd time and this time we got all our food but everything was it cool all the way through. The fires were cold in the middle and tasted raw and the burgers were also not cooked. The employee at the drive through window was in her phone talking through her ear bud but it was obvious she wasnt paying any attention to what she was doing. At this point Ive wasted close to 60.00 in total and Im hoping you can fix that.

Rancid meat

I purchased a big daddy bacon cheeseburger and when I bit into it I immediately started vomiting from the rancid meat. While that is bad enough in and of itself when I took the initiative to return to the store to warn them that they had rancid meat I was told that the meat at the store couldn't be rancid and they don't need to check the remaining stock. To add insult the store advised me that while they would refund the cost of the burger they would not refund the fries of which 1/2 were flushed down the toilet having been vomited up with the rancid burger and half were in the trash can. I was told that I got to "enjoy" the fries.

Good Times...more like a bad time!

I parked my car in their lot for 5 minutes on Friday night at 10pm. When I returned my car, it had been towed. I said to the employee what happened I was only there for a minute and I was coming back to buy food. That's why I parked here. I'm a woman and it's Colfax Ave. The employee was very rude and inconsiderate. He said" that even if I had purchased food before I went across the street, he would have still towed me. Their so called posted sign was not even near the parking spaces. I will never ever eat there ever again. I hope that you enjoy your kickback from 303 Recovery Towing because that's the last of my money you will ever get.
