I n 2020 I was referred to Good Samaritan regional medical center- Corvallis hematology/oncology consultants. At that time Samaritan hematology/oncology consultants of Corvallis was forming an association /link with Oregon oncology specialists of Salem.
Samaritan had a shortage of staff and medical providers. I was assigned to a temporary ,out of state locum provider dr.paul Francis ONeill. This set me up for discontinuation of care From the get go. Dr ONeill did substandard work-my information was not entered into their computer system properly this dr was rude and used disparaging language.
I overheard him yelling at staff members. He did 0 physical exam, and incomplete inappropriate testing. My medical history was altered for some reason. His bone marrow exam consisted of a blood tap bone marrow aspiration that yielded incomplete/inaccurate results.
Different departments never communicated with each other. Disease was missed. Dr ONeill left, and I saw another provider who based his tests on dr ONeills incomplete results-so this did not work.
On top of this -Samaritan double bills and overcharges for no service.they expect me to pay for less than nothing. And they dont discuss/negotiate anything.
User's recommendation: Double check your bills and services recieved
