They just want to take your premiums
I accidentally hit slight tree branch touched the roof made a dime sized hole and filed a claim and was denied. Why pay for insurance when they are going to deny the one and only claim.
I have had the same policy for 8 years (Since I purchased the trailer New). When I shopped around for another company every insurance representative said that AGIC (Good Sam's) should have paid the claim.

Bad Service
National General (Good Sam) would not respond to my emails or phone calls concerning my claim. I still have unanswered issues after two months.
They decide what damage they will cover without an adjuster looking at the damage. This was a nofault accident and the act this way, can't even think what it would be like if they had to pay.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Do not buy, they will not provide satisfactory service
