Bad Service

National General (Good Sam) would not respond to my emails or phone calls concerning my claim. I still have unanswered issues after two months. They decide what damage they will cover without an adjuster looking at the damage. This was a nofault accident and the act this way, can't even think what it would be like if they had to pay.

User's recommendation: Do not buy, they will not provide satisfactory service.
