Was woken up at 3 am to roaches crawling on me was then moved to a very dirty room with black mold all over the bathroom ceiling had to move rooms again and was offered only 25$ off my stay

I was not credited back

I still have not received 1 phone call from customer service at the Goodnite Inn. Jessie which is the supervisor refuses to call me back very unprofessional.

We checked in to Good Nite Inn Sunday evening at the Calabasas location on 9/4/202 and checked out on 9/5/2022. They put us in a handicapped room, the worst hotel room I had ever stayed in.

I left my toiletry bag on the chair in the bathroom and forgot to pack it. We found out later that night on 9/5 that my toiletry bag was missing. I called the front desk and spoke to Alex who said he does not see it in lost and found. Alex asked me to call back in the morning so he can check with the maids.

I called back in the morning and after checking he said they did not find anything. I know the bag was left behind in the bathroom so It either was thrown away or stolen. I asked Alex for the corporate # and the number he gave was a fax #. I called back and asked for a manager and he had me talk to Regina.

It was hard to communicate with Regina but she asked me to call back in 15 minutes so he can check the room. I called back and she said it was not found.

As I mentioned earlier the room they gave us also was a terrible room. I'm not sure if all of their rooms have terrible sheets and towels but the sheets and towels did not feel good and they seemed to be old. The bathroom door squeaked loudly when it was opened and closed.

The hair dryer did not work and it was hard to plug in. The shower did not work properly. We could easily hear footsteps and stumping from the room above us. We could hear the next room's air conditioning.

The parking lot is a dump. The parking spaces are mostly for compact cars.

An update on the review... We found the toiletry bag so it was not left in the room.

Checked in late went to dinner come back late to find blood stains on our sheet took them to the front desk then she gave me another one went to the room and again blood stain so complained spoke to Alex and a Diego both jerks gave me a small discount but requested a full refund or free night or something but they refused and told me Im not allowed to book in this hotel again I couldnt believe it because Im speaking up about.a bad doing in there part now Im band really this is ***

Scam they charge $250 unauthorized!!

This place has a scam going where they charge you a $25 deposit on your debit card then come to find out when i went to check out that the guy had charged a $250 fee for smoking in the room I DONT SMOKE!!! And when i told them this they said they had walked by (outside) and smelled someone smoking, maybe but not from our room buddy!!!

Box 381 Brea, CA’92822 Hi Interested Party BBB , I made a reservation at good nite inn Thursday October 24, 2019 and paid in full $58.42. I was treated worse than a dog when I asked the front desk person Brandy to use their rest room. I was denied let down, discrimnated and told by Brandy that they have been around since 1985 and think like 1985 and won't allow me to use their rest room. I was disappointed and make me sick in my stomach inside because I'm a minority person. Why I was discriminated' I'm asking Monterey consumer protection to investigate this matter and sew. They have to be stopped now. I was treated like dirt. I think good nite Inn should be penalized. They want my money but they don't show me humanity and respect. Don't get screwed

Did Good Nite Inn try to contact you and what happened afterwards? No Never contacted me What steps did you take to get this resolved? I made few phone call to work it out with them but I was ignored again and again. They're mean people and Lied many times. You can't trust them. They show you phony faces. No good and not happy.
