Whenever I've needed to contact Customer Service, they've always gotten back to me within a day or 2, and have always been polite. The benefits you get with a subscription are good, with free cinema tickets and movie rentals added recently.

Prizes offered daily are good, and they offer cash instead if you don't like the prize you've won. So far, so good!

They said they had a bug on their new website Wednesday evening that stopped people seeing tickets but the tickets were there and put into the draw. It was fixed thursday morning. Customer service was quick to respond.
