Missing Rx again!
Last month my prescription was 8 days calling, now its already 2 days late and their phone seems to be permanently disabled. This is a medication that has to taken every day. If anyone knows how to get a hold of them please post it.

Says zero due today but says insufficient funds when I put my card in for verification. I'm not transferring 250 into the account to pay unless we have an agreement on medication.
If zero is due, why is my card being pushed for 250? Obviously, a hold was coming without permission. Why I transferred money out before I put info in.
Zero due is zero due. Unless you are being dishonest.

I'm writing this review because I'm frankly appalled by the patient service I received at Good Life Meds, especially considering it's a healthcare provider. In the health industry, you expect a certain level of sensitivity and professionalism, right?
Well, that was completely absent in my experience.
The support staff I interacted with were downright rude. They didn't seem interested in helping me at all, and every time I reached out for assistance, they'd just give me short, dismissive answers.
I felt more like a nuisance than a patient seeking help, which is honestly shocking in a healthcare setting.
This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism completely shattered my trust in their services. Dealing with such rude support was not only a waste of my time, but it also added unnecessary stress to a situation that was already stressful enough.

I was super excited about their comprehensive health services, especially the idea of Telehealth consultations. It seemed like a perfect fit for my busy schedule.
Imagine my disappointment when I found out they DON'T offer Telehealth at all!
Not only that, but when I dug deeper, it turned out they don't even have any doctors on staff or clinics to provide those consultations.
This felt like a bait-and-switch!
Especially for folks who need reliable medical advice and the convenience of Telehealth, Good Life Meds just isn't set up for that. Advertising services they can't deliver is not cool, and frankly, it could be risky for people's health.
Just a heads-up for anyone else considering them - you might want to look elsewhere if Telehealth consultations are important to you.
