Never heard back from the company since the last time they told me that they were not going to do anything to resolve this issue and for me to go to a different dispensary.I had a allergic reaction from a strain recommended by their employee. I've never had a allergic reaction from any strains of cannabis and I've smoked for 30 years.Just have to except the loss of $106.00.But that's what happens to the little guy against a big company here in our great country America.
I hope pissed consumer can help me resolve this issue. Good Day Farm should care about their customers health and learn to treat people better. So far all they care for is lining their pockets with their customers money.
Went to good day dispensary in Kennett Missouri. I have a broken back and go there all the time.
I went yesterday and an employee talked me into a strain that I never had before and it made me sick. I called the dispensary and explained what happened and they said nothing they can do about it and I'm stuck with it and hung up on me. I called their corporate office and they said nothing they can do.
Never got an apology they wouldn't take it back or even exchange it. I told them I am taking legal action but they just hung up on me.
Preferred solution: Full refund
