Terrible Customer Service

SOMETIME you need to TALK TO A HUMAN BEING. Texting and emailing a problem works most of the time but I needed to explain what was not correct on my order and discuss with someone my issues in order to send the jeans back and get the correct size etc.

Since the cost to return is on me I requested someone call me so that the return/exchange would be correct. I am so done dealing with companies that have no human contact.

I will attempt one more time to get my issues resolved and if it still is a problem I will just call my credit card company and dispute the charge. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT UNLESS YOU TEXT OR EMAIL.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

The tracking order states that it was delivered. I waited at home all day for these high-profile jeans to no avail.

I tried calling Good America but couldn't reach a human. I'm not happy at all!

I will never order from this brand again. Despite their advertisement claims, a team should be available to assist its customers, especially when the clothes are so expensive.

Hello!!

I have been trying to contact Good American LLC for weeks now with no response. I made a purchase a few weeks back and returned one of the items I purchased because I did not like the fit.

I sent this item back about a month ago now and have yet to receive any credit or my money back. At this point I just want my refund!!!

Cancelled order and never refunded

They canceled my order and I never got a refund. If you don't have item in stock don't put it on line for people to buy it and then rob their money. Horrible company never buying from them again

I purchased something and was charged the wrong price and I have not been able to reach a person to help resolve the issue. I'm very disappointed in this. Be careful buying from this company

Mislabeled jeans size.

Received pair of mislabeled jeans size, they were a final sale. Ordered size 18 the darker color, perfect fit, same style lighter blue say size 18 on sale, but they are not size 18. Not able to pull up pass my thighs.
