The tech guy that came out to fix the problem was very helpful and friendly. I have lived here (out in the country, about 10 miles or so from a small town), and the internet has for the most part been less than desirable.
I had Dish for around the first 6 years and currently have paused service as a backup, when I dont have any internet for 3 or 4 days or more. The tech guy did tell me that by fall of this year they should have fiber optic cable installed where I live.
Yeah!!! I have seriously considered moving due to lack of reliable internet connection.
