I received a call from Gomes & Mota Auto Transport advising my vehicle was going to be delivered and I took off work to be there. They never showed up and never called. When I finally got a response to the multiple texts and voicemails I'd sent, they told me delivery was now going to be the next day. I asked how they'd be compensating me for not delivering as scheduled, their representative ("Junior") told me they had no obligation to reimburse me and actually tried to argue that they never gave me a delivery date/time. I let him know that the call was timestamped and I had a witness to the conversation but, he continued to argue that they had no responsibility to compensate me. Very unreliable, very unprofessional. User's recommendation: Find a reliable transport company who shows up when they say they will
