Items are just standaard and not custom fit. Theu more or less create the impression all items -when being on stock- are processed within 24 hours.
Well that is a real mislead.
It is said they have a Customer Service; but why do they not reply or answer their telephone?
A totally mislead by purpose as so far I found (unfortunately I having placed an order) I am not the only one with this ridiculous experience.
In the future: going again to my PGA-shop or a real shop in town.

I ordered TaylorMade Burner 2.0 iron clubs customer fitted from Gofstore Europe one month ago. After 3 weeks of no activity from their side (unched status on their page) I asked their service why I am not getting my order delivered.
They blamed TaylorMade manufacturer for parts shortage and promised delivery after next 8 working days. Nothing happend no delivery no answers on my mails. I called them and they promised to send me my stuff on Monday extra week after 2nd deadline. I emailed Taylor made my complaints and did not get any answer.
I think one or both companies are having problem with cash flow.
