Unauthorized charges

First, trying to get through to an actual person was ridiculous. The phone numbers should be on the app.

I shouldn't have to Google it to find it. Be more transparent! Secondly, I deserve a notification that you are taking money from me and tell me that I can use my points to pay for the yearly fee.

When I finally reached a human, she was very helpful. That was the only positive from this experience.

Looking for help in ecuador for golf pass

Looking to see if golf pass is able for golf in ecuador. There are only 7 courses in the country and most are private.

Will the golf pass work with these courses?

I did a chat and they were looking for me to spend $5 for answers!!. Can you help me?

Cannot log into my paid Golf Pass account and lock out access to golfid.io

I am a valid Golf Pass member and last monthly payment charged to my VISA card was Sept 18. My user ID is kevink201928@***.com.

Password correct no change. GolfPass ID 148825****. Suddenly I am lock out. Cannot access golfid.io and I have done nothing wrong.

Please help me to fix the problem.

Alternatively if I cannot continue with GolfPass USA, tell me to cancel my GolfPass membership by email contact to the correct email address to cancell my Golf Pass membership.

Please help me. Thank you.

Mistaken booking

On a Tuesday evening I attempted to book a round for Thursday morning. When I chose the course, I did not notice it was showing times for the following (Wednesday) morning.

I inadvertently made the reservation. When I received the confirmation I noticed my mistake. The only complaint I have is, after I cancelled the Wednesday tee time (literally within 5-10 minutes), I can only get a GolfNow credit instead of a refund to my card. I do love the GolfNow app and GolfPass features.

Even though I do take responsibility for the mistake. It did turn out to be a difficult situation.

You have a scam going on. Its checked and if you dont pay attention you pay 105.00.

Refund

There is no customer service at the phone number provided for them. I was calling and nobody answer the phone but an answer machine, and you do not have the option to talk with any customer service agent. I canceled a tee time and my money was not refunded, even though I received an email confirming my cancellation saying that the money had been refunded which so far is not.
