Ordered cherry bomb Chucks 13 weeks ago. They were pre-ordered with delivery in 10-11 weeks.
The customer service number has been changed with no new number listed. The email you receive is a generated message saying delivery is in 10 weeks.
These were a gift for my son. Absolutely unacceptable, you have my money now send me the Chucks.

The phone number has been changed, and I received a generated response via email saying they will be shipped in 10 weeks.
