Trying to find out what happened to my order for music item IGOR Vinyl
Need to determine what happened to my order, Igor vinyl music by Tyler, the Creator. My bank statement indicates the monies were withdrawn. What's going on?

- - Ordered Igor Vinyl for Leo Yates on 12/25/2025, bank withdrawal 12/26/2025 by Golf ***, no shipment or track, customer requests reshipment or refund.
I ordered Igor Vinyl with Tyler the Creator on 12/25/2025 requesting it be sent to nephew for a Xmas gift. On 12/26/2025 my bank statement indicated the monies were withdrawn by Golf *** But so far no Igor!
I was never issued a track number. So what exactly happened to the gift. If this helps I did order the gift by way of Moonsift. They said I had to contact you directly.
I would like either a reshipment (it was to be sent to a Leo Yates, my nephew) or a refund. Thanks
